WINNIPEG, MB – The National Family and Survivors Circle Inc. (NFSCI) is pleased to share Circles of Change: Honouring Truth and Igniting Action, our Strategic Plan for 2026 to 2029.

The plan sets out our direction for the next four years. It is informed by Indigenous perspectives, community priorities, and the experiences and knowledge of survivors, families, Elders, youth, and communities.

Like the rings of a tree, meaningful change takes shape over time. It grows through truth, learning, strong relationships, and continued action. Advancing the Calls for Justice requires governments, Indigenous organizations, institutions, sectors, and communities to work together with respect and accountability.

Our plan focuses on four commitments: advancing the Calls for Justice through accountability; supporting learning, public awareness, and community connection; influencing policy and systems change; and strengthening NFSCI for the long term.

Through this work, NFSCI will contribute Indigenous perspectives and community priorities, support dialogue and shared learning, build relationships that encourage greater coordination and collaboration, and consistently push for the legislative and systemic changes needed to protect and honour Indigenous peoples and communities.

We invite you to read Circles of Change and learn more about our priorities and the path ahead.
